My debut album, called 'Conjecture Views' is ready to be preordered now! You can preorder the album on Bandcamp. The album will soon be available on iTunes and Spotify as well as all the other digital outlets out there. Thank you for your support!

It's been a while, but there have been some interesting developments in my musical career. My first full-length album is nearly finished. Working on the album artwork as we speak. I also wrote two new tracks and I've been able to get some incredible musicians on there. First of all I've got my favourite Dutch drummer, Sebastiaan Cornelissen, performing on the two tracks. On the other track none other than Frans Vollink is playing bass. These guys are truly the crème de la crème of the Dutch jazz and fusion scene and I'm extremely happy to have them on board obviously! They also are part of the excellent Acid Jazz band Tristan. So, stay tuned for much more new music in the very near future. Thanks!

Just released my final track before my debut album comes out! The track is called 'Conjecture Views' and you can find it on the 'Portfolio' page on this website. I'll post some artwork of the album soon, but in the meantime check out 'Conjecture Views' and please - let me know what you think! Thanks for your support.

I've got some pretty exciting news. First of all I'm working on my first full-length album, which is going to contain about 8 or 9 songs. I'm working on this as much as I can. This means, finding a proper aggregator, finishing artwork designs, credits and of course doing the mix and master for the tracks.

Besides that, I was contacted by Friday Night Progressive Radio Show. They liked my music and wanted to play my music on their show. Such an honour! Obviously, I'm really thrilled by this prospect! More on this soon.

Some very exciting news coming shorty! And a new track, called 'Early Warning'...

I just released my new track, called 'Crash Retrieval' today! You can find 'Crash Retrieval' here. I also made a guitar play through video of the track, which you can find here or on the Portfolio page (scroll down to the Video Section). More new music coming soon!

Hello dear people of the Earth! Here’s my latest and in many respects greatest track. It’s the most ambitious track I’ve written to date, because of the multi-layered textures, themes, solos and length (10 minutes of pure prog!). Once again Ronny Heimdal played a few brilliant guitar solos (1:38-2:37 and 9:03-9:50) and Preben has really outdone himself here with the mix. I’m really quite proud of this song. Hope you'll like it! It has been a labour of love and it has taken me a considerable amount of time to get it right! Give it some time to let the song sink in... If you like my music, please - consider making a donation or contact me. You will also find 'Breakdown - Breakthrough - Breakout' on the Portfolio page. Cheers!

First of all - happy new year to everyone! To celebrate the start of a brand new year I've completed another song, called 'Are You Sirius?'. It's sort of an 'intermediary' track. It wasn't planned at all, but the inspiration for this song came to me quite naturally and spontaneous. Anyway - you can check it out on my Portfolio page. It's pretty fusionesque as well as proggy of course. Because, let's face it - that's what I do. ;-)

This song once again features incredible performances by both Preben Raunsbjerg (mix, guitar solo: 2:35-3:00) and Ronny Heimdal (synth solo: 0:01-1:03 and guitar solo: 1:59-2:34).

In the meantime you can enjoy this song (hopefully!) until the next one is going to be released. This will probably be somewhere in February. It's still being mixed.

Well, my latest track 'Enochian Calls' isn't doing too bad on Soundcloud. The song has been listened to almost as much in the first ten days as the ones that had been on there for a year! So, thank you dearly for checking the songs out here and/or on Soundcloud or maybe even via the Facebook band page.

Anyway, more good news now, because my new track is almost ready as well. This one is, as I promised a few months ago, the most progressive piece from me to date. It will contain much more guitars, odd-time signatures and some unexpected hooks... However, I also have stated previously that I was going to sing on this song, but I decided not to, because of reasons explained here.

I'm currently working on the last details and then I'm going to send it off to London for mixing. Stay tuned...

Finally! My new track 'Enochian Calls' is released! Head over to the Portfolio page to listen to it. As mentioned in the last update, Ronny Heimdal played the guitar solo on this track and Preben Raunsbjerg was once again responsible for the mix and he also played and recorded the fretless bass on Enochian Calls. Hope you'll enjoy it. I'm quite proud of this one.

I'm still working on the very progressive piece (still working on a title). In the meanwhile I've written another track that's soon going to be released and is being mixed in London at the time of  writing this update. I'm really very proud of this track, which is going to be called 'Enochian Calls'.

There's a guest guitar solo on here as well from the Norwegian virtuoso guitar/keyboard player and composer, Ronny Heimdal. Ronny has played in Diabolus In Musika and Waste Lagoon. Besides these bands he's done a solo album, called 'Timequake' and numerous projects with other musicians. Please, check out this wonderful talent!

The track is once again mixed by Preben Raunsbjerg, who also played fretless bass on it. The new track will be uploaded soon...

It's been a while, but I'm working hard on my most ambitious track to date! This one is going to be VERY proggy and it will even feature  my own vocals (oh yes!) on there, which is something I've never done before and always wanted to do, but never really attempted doing. So, this is going to be one exciting journey for me personally. I'm in the middle of restructuring, rerecording and arranging all the different parts. Stay tuned for more updates soon.

Here's a little video playthrough of a track I'm currently working on. The video consists mainly of a guitar and drum part. Hope you'll like it.

I'm working on another new track and it's going to be quite progressive. We're talking lots of odd-time signatures here, but I'm always trying to never let it become too dominant or obvious so that it doesn't lose focus on the song itself. Supporting the strength of the song is what it's all about. However, musicians out there will certainly like it I suppose - and of course (progressive) music lovers in general too (I hope!). More soon...

Update on the logo/artwork design. I came up with a whole new design which fits my personal preference more. I like a stylised logo and artwork. As you can see I've implemented this in my new website logo design.

I've been working on some artwork for the album. I've decided to go with 'Metatron's Cube'. It's an occult symbol also known as 'The Flower of Life'. It's an ancient symbol which represents 'matter from energy' - or how the universe creates matter out of pure consciousness. Sort of the sacred geometry behind the creation of all things physical.

All the platonic solids are hidden in this symbol as well. I've tweaked the colour scheme a bit so that it matches the logo better. Nothing is set in stone yet, but this is the result so far.

'Archonic Picnic' released!

I'm quite proud of this track. This one deserves a little explanation though. It's a short and powerful piece and an alien invasion scenario immediately springs to mind. I can totally imagine this theme to be part of an invasion comics story from the early seventies.

Again, the dual meaning of the title is apparent here. An Archon is a multidimensional 'entity' or 'parasite' feeding off of human energy. The track has this almost naive, happy feeling on the one side (in general a picnic is a cosy, happy affair but in this case it sounds rather alarming at the same time - something's coming!) and the haunting, dark atmosphere on the other side (the Archonic presence). The Archons feeding off of our energy is kind of their 'picnic' as well. It's an excellent title which Preben came up with. He was also again responsible for doing the incredible mix for this track.

Anyway, I hope you will enjoy this little theme. I certainly did when writing and recording it! You will find 'Archonic Picnic' on the portfolio page. More to come very soon...

I've just finished recording yet another track, which I've called 'Archonic Picnic'. It's a short and powerful piece with an almost comics like atmosphere. Soon to be mixed and right after that I will upload it in the audio section of the portfolio page.

'Origins' is almost ready for uploading and the mix is fantastic! Kudos to Preben for doing such a terrific job. The first solo on this track is played by Preben as well. In the meantime there are two more songs ready to be mixed and the new track is coming along nicely.

Just finished working on a song I called 'Origins'. It's being mixed by my friend Preben Raunsbjerg as we speak and I can't wait to hear it when it's done!
I'm already working on a new song and there's two other tracks waiting to be mixed as well. Very productive times right now!
